Work plan evaluation procedure
1 Objective to guide the members of the material supply department to correctly and completely fill in the work plan evaluation form; Evaluate personal work plan objectively and truly. Achieve the purpose of human resource management
2. Scope this procedure is applicable to all employees of the material supply department, including the vehicle, engine, technology department (Group) and management department
3. Responsibilities
3.1 the head of material supply department is responsible for the performance evaluation of the deputy head and section chief and reviewing the evaluation results of all personnel
3.2 the deputy head of material supply department is responsible for the evaluation of the management department, and the heads of all business departments are responsible for the success of their departments. Members conduct performance appraisal. Record the assessment results and submit them to the Minister for review
4. Work procedure
4.1
on the 25th of each month, the examiner fills in the work plan - evaluation form of the next month, which is developed by the first new carrier rocket developed by the examinee Southwest Aluminum Industry and Tianjin special steel precision forging Co., Ltd., resulting in high equipment protection costs. After confirmation, the examiner and the examinee sign in the "plan confirmation" column, and the work plan - evaluation form is filed in the management section
4.2 on the 25th of each month, the assessed person fills in the personal peripheral performance evaluation form according to his/her work situation of the month, signs it and hands it to the assessor
4.3 the appraiser shall fill in and sign the column of "superior comments" in the personal peripheral performance evaluation form according to the work situation of the appraisee in the current month
4.4
the appraiser fills in the "evaluation results" and "scoring" columns of the work plan evaluation form formulated last month according to the work situation of the appraisee in the current month, and fills in the work improvement plan together with the appraisee. The appraiser and the appraisee confirm the evaluation results and sign in the "evaluation confirmation" column
4.5
on the 26th of each month, the assessor submits the work plan evaluation form of the assessee to the Minister for review, and after signing the opinions, the assessee's personal peripheral performance evaluation form together with the assessee is submitted to the management department for summary and filing. According to the statement, the management department fills in the summary of performance evaluation results and submits it to the Minister for signature. After 2 is put into operation, it runs normally and is submitted to the human resources department of the company on the 7th
4.6 if the appraisee is dissatisfied with the assessment results, he can put forward and fill in the appeal form for performance management precautions (in triplicate) within 3 days, and directly submit the form to the human resources department of the company
